| Use one teaspoon of Orange Zest per cup of water. Pour boiling water (212°F, 100°C) over blend and steep for 3 minutes. |

We prefer Orange Zest as an Iced Tea - but it can be enjoyed either hot or cold. Add some fresh cut citrus - lemons, limes and oranges - for a refreshingly delicious beverage. Spruce it up with some fresh mint and sweeten to taste. |
