| This Tung Ting Jade Oolong is called "Jade" for its bright pale green-golden colored infusion. The Tung Ting mountains in Taiwan are over 6000 feet in elevation. This Oolong derives its light color through a minimal 22% oxidization period. Tung Ting Jade has superb flavor and a subtle floral aroma. One of the finest green oolongs available - a relaxingly sweet, refreshing taste. Absolutely delicate and delicious! |

| Use one teaspoon of tea per cup of water. Pour steaming (185°F, 85°C) water over tea and steep for 1-2 minutes. |
